Description

A button used by a the campaign of Gary Doer during his run for the leadership of the Manitoba New Democratic Party in 1988.  He won the leadership, but, the legislature had already been dissolved for an election.  He lost the election.  He would, however, reverse his party’s decline, and, 11 years later became Premier of the province.
