Description
This is a button used by Richard Gephardt as he tried to win the Democratic Party’s presidential nomination in 1988. He lost to Michael Dukakis. He served for a number of years as the party’s leader in the House of Representatives. In 2004 he tried again at the nomination. He lost to Barak Obama.
