Description
A button from Edmund Muskies attempt to win the Democratic party’s presidential nomination in 1972. He was Hubert Humphrey’s running mate in 1968. While entering the race as the front runner, he would lose to George McGovern. He went on to serve as Secretary of State under Jimmy Carter.
