This is a blotter used by Saskatchewan’s third premier as he sought re-election to the federal House of Commons as a Liberal in the 1926 federal election. It is issue oriented, using the issue of railways against Arthur Meighen’s National Liberal-Conservative Party. He won his seat and was returned to the federal cabinet.
